Elizabeth Ouellette My all time favorite cooking light recipe is the spice cake drops, I love pumpkin anything and the glaze for these has turned out to be perfect for apple spice bread and holiday sugar cookies!
Stephanie Fields Bickmore Absolutely love the magazine but I think I just read major editing problem in the doue holiday issue! The section on slow and low roasting foods seems to have mixed up the cooking times for cooking turkeys and tomatoes. They say to cook a turkey on 500 for 30 min.and then finish with 2 hours at 200 degrees. The tom ...atoes called for cooking at 200 for 7 hours! Hopefully most people will realize this but if a novice turkey cook follows the diections they will have a very underdone bird for Thanksgiving!
