I am a bit of a novice when it comes to using webspace but I have not had any problems.

Ο John Frid I'm been very happy with WHB, and while I recognize that things do happen, being down 4 hours is a bit much. Shouldn't there be some redundancy in place to prevent this?

Ο Matt Guys, a small minority of our servers are down from some locations (mostly Europe), unfortunately this includes our main site and helpdesk too. We expect things to be back up soon and in the mean time, Sebastian posted our alternative support channels on here already. Feel free to use them.
