Warm-up for Halloween with the New York theatrical premiere of Michael Dougherty’s grab bag of All Hallows goodies. His anthology of masterfully in ...terwoven fright tales features a couple who make the fatal mistake of defying Halloween tradition, a school principal (Dylan Baker) with a nasty secret, teenagers who dare to confront an urban legend involving the death of a busload of kids, a group of girls (including True Blood's Anna Paquin) who are stalked by a mysterious vampire, and a recluse (Brian Cox) haunted by a pint-sized trick-or-treater with a creepy sack head. Vampires, werewolves, zombies, serial killers, and other creatures of the night are all on parade. Post-screening Q&A with writer/director Michael Dougherty. Happy Halloween!
