BRUTAL customer service, Dell. Trying to order a unit for our son, and they are telling us they can't put a name plate on it for him because we're Canadian. When we just bought one over a year ago for our other son and his has a name plate.
A computer company that makes all kinds of intricate electronics can't figure ou ...t a way to put a name plate on a laptop?
And the customer service people are not empowered to do anything: we just get passed from one pion to another. If anyone from Dell is reading this, you'd better smarten up!
Anthony Verna As much as I love my Alienware laptop (and I am using it now to type this), the battery barely lasts 30 minutes. What can I do?
Robert Mary Just one regret, my Alienware (Ati Radeion 4870) is not able to run smoothly Top Spin (a tennis game), another computer far less powerful is working far better (Nvidia GeForce 3 Ti 200). So it's always a good idea to keep old PCs home.

I have an Aurora for 9 months now and it's a superb machine working perfectly.
I just regret the new shape of desktop computers which is horrible when you compare with the PC I bought 9 months ago. I took the right decision to purchase the PC when "old" towers existed.

Nikish Chauhan My Alienware Aurora is awesome. It is fast, reliable, and I have had no problems. I've had the desktop for a year and it is amazing. To all the other people, the reason why it has overheating problems is just by chance. And they dont have a store, everything is online. I kinda wish they had a store for future support.. ... So far I love my desktop and I'm thinking of gettin the M17x Laptop or a Mac. I think I'll stick with Macs for laptops but Alienware's desktops rock...
