I've opened an informal (i.e., fan) blog for news, comments, photography, and links for the Event Horizon NYC 2010 at the following URL:
http://eventhorizonnyc.blogspot.com
Though it is not likely that this will be as interactive online as O&O was, I've offered on the blog that the Twitter tag be #EHNYC - no history for ... that tag and short enough not to eat into the 140-characters.
The twitter name for the blog is @eventhorizonnyc

Adriana Hernández López Could you let me know how you conserve the bread on the wall in the museum Sn Ildefonso? Thanks!!!! ;P

There will be an exhibition of paintings and films by the British-Iranian Artist Koroush Salehi. His new painting and films shot in Iran (that led to his arrest).

Katherine Hutchings Your spiky human form makes me think of autism, the recognisable shape of a person is there but the complexity of the person and the 'Do not touch me' is within.

Sir, I don't l know if you or any of your fans are interested but I had this idea for a piece in which we can all take part and am trying to get people to sign up for it on here.
It's called Infinite Variety (as in "nor custom stale ...") and consists of us all wearing id badges as customers when we shop (or go anywhere ...) on one day. I want it to be a piece by its participants, rather than by me or anyone in particular. To celebrate the infinite variety of people, in the face of consumerist anonymity and to have a laugh/party and cheer up all shop assistants who have to wear name tags while serving miserable buggers.

and the web page for it, which I'm still tidying up, with badges to download etc

If we can get it to go viral, that will be its main chance of happening.

Chris James I spent an hour on the plinth this morning 4-5am Tues 25 Aug 2009 - It was amazing, thank you so very much for the opportunity to share my thoughts with the world! You really could do with a 'One & Other' group so I can share my photos.
