We’re 2 girls (Fashion Marketing and Communication students at IED) and 1 boy, and we’re looking for a 4th
person to come and leave with us.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen (fully
equipped – minus dishwasher) with an interior patio, a big living room with
a dining table (mainly used to study) and a big balcony with ... table and chairs.
The room for rent is exterior, with a sliding door
to the balcony, with a single bed, closet and nightstand. The price is 330€ (water/electricity/gas
included) plus 16€ of
internet/phone.
The room will be available from the
1st of December or a week earlier.
Along with your flat mates, you
would have to share the flat with a cute
little cat, Tiger Wood (not Woods), who’s the new acquisition (not part of the expenses) of our flat.
