
Excel Could be that SUM() converts the figures wrong if some of them are text (check whether the data is alligned left or right). To make sure it's values, use the Value() function and make sure that the SUM() field is formatted the right way, e.g. by using =TEXT(SUM(),"0.00"). It'll return a text field, but formatted the correct way.
