Ο Adam Korvis Tjörnhammar I installed iron, the new web browser, the other day which is far superior than firefox. I installed chromium-bin (i think?) and then i uninstalled it, downloaded iron and it works really nicely, there was a weird issue with flash though. But if you're good enough to use gentoo you could probably fix it in no time ;)

Ο Paul Olinger Jr I wiped Xandros from my eeepc900 and installed Gentoo. It was screaming fast compared to Xandros or XP. Built the binaries with my desktop in a chroot. Lately, I been really liking Linux Mint a lot because it's just so easy to use, but Gentoo is just unbeatable when it comes to flexibility and speed.
Ο Greg Trigg Been running Gentoo for a few years on my IBM RS6000. Finally made the switch on my PC from Ubuntu to Gentoo. Flexibility is great when you have a handle on it. I go by 'trigggl' on the forums. Most of my posts are in the 'Gentoo on ppc' forum.

use the Funtoo portage tree, cause Gentoo is getting too close to
Debian stability= slowness, they should make it easier for people to contribute seems like the most package handlers are sleeping ;(
Quite sad. Portage and that... pacman(beforedowns syndrome) logo still rocks ;)
I really hope gentoo reorganizes soon cause they really need more people that contributes bleeding edge updates.
