Giving Birth to the Moon

Art work medium: silk
Giving birth to the moon was made for the Collective Exhibition in the Opera Gallery, Budapest, Hungary, last year. The original one was in relief technique. So I used this idea for the silk version, too. Mother moon and her offspring ar ...e placed close to the sun-Father of the baby moon. The space is painted like a lively, active place always forming different patterns and colours of planets around.
