In order for us to execute any technique from a kata we need to master how to read an opponent so our execution of technique would be at the right time. -Kj

Train realistically... and practically nothing else... Sports karate has its cons... and so does traditional karate... both are conservative... as the karateka believe that they are doing a particular style... Rather be safe than sorry!! - Kj

Although i hate WKf..there is one thing in particular about them i like.. and that is TEAM KATA BUNKAI!
Always brings out the best!..... that truely feels like real karatekas performing.
