The Colombia Project Colombia Peace Corps Group 35 made a $1500 donation in memory of the following deceased members of their group: Mike Barkosy, Tony Chancere, Susie Dean, Ruth Ann Gutknecht, Margaret Kirk, John Macrae, Tom Mitchell, Hugh Smith, Otto Steen, Sylvia Zellers. Those funds have been sent to Sister Ruby for the program in Geno...va, Quindio. THANK YOU, Group 35 and especially Sue Patterson.
The Colombia Project Over the last 5 years, The Colombia Project has sent donations totalling nearly 60 million pesos to our partners in Colombia. Thanks to the reinvestment of repayments, our 5 partners have issued nearly 100 million pesos in loans to date. Those donations will continue to serve marginalized populations in Colombia well into the future.

The Colombia Project Jerry Fickel and Helene visited the APRODEFA programs in Cartagena in the rain on Saturday. It was especially nice to visit Gilmara's store in Lomas and see how it has grown and see that Ercilia in Revivir now has a part time employee.
