Since 1997, November 1st has been "Sushi Day." On this special day, all Member restaurants of the Sushi Society of Washington, D.C. will serve the same sushi at the same time for the same price. Why this day? It marks the first day of the season where the new rice crop arrives, ... the fish are plump, the air is clear, and the sky is high, to prepare for the hungry season.
A good way to celebrate your love of Wasabi.
