Carol Allaire I am a well known animal lover. My name is Carol, and I consider myself the Mother of all animals. I don't have room for alot of animals, so I donate my money to give the help that the animals need. I wish more people would have a Heart, and help these animals that can't if you won't. It dosen't take much, everything h ...elps. We treat them as our family, and you wouldn't treat your family this way. Young or old, every animal needs our Love. For Me asking for my animal friends, Please give to the sweeties. They will love you forever. The Animals Friend, and Yours----Carol

Toby K. Lopez Please sign the petition for The Beluga Whale. They are endangered and the next stop is extinction. There has been a drastic decline in their numbers, in fact too drastic. The information and petition is on theanimalrescuesite. Thank you.

Tamara This is Mercy. Just last week I was on my way home for lunch and found her tied up on the side of the road beneath a tree. I brought her right home and she immediately fit in to our large family of animals. I told my Black Lab, moses, that he could keep her. She's his new buddy. My brother suggested the name "Mercy" b ...ecause i showed mercy on her when I stopped and picked her up and took her home! We love her!

Joani Valerie Napier-Hart This is Big Guy, the co-star in Sassy's drama. He is a handsome guy. And no I don't really care if my cats get on my counter or my table. After all, our food comes replete with so many parts of insects, spiders and rat parts. We also have an assortment of ebola, ecoli, salmonella, botulism and other sorts of food poiso ...ning in our kitchen. So what is all the drama about anyway??

Gillian Anne Holdsworth I recued my youngest dog from the animal shelter. She is great company for my older dog and for me as well as I lost my hsband 2 years ago. Without my dogs I would be very very lonely, they are the best friends.

Kasia Mikurda When I rescued my little sheltie Spyker I have never expected that one day he will be rescuing me. When a disabling ilness stroke it turned out that Spyker can alert me to my attacks early enough for me to take my medications, do my breathing exercises and find a safe place to be. Now he is a certified service dog and helps me to have a better life.

Simi Singh I think we should support the passing of the HAPPY Act !

Joani Valerie Napier-Hart I rescued Sassy from the Humane Society in Sioux City Iowa. I had just rescued Morris and Callie a couple of days before when they were being shown at the mall. They called me a couple of days later and said they had 2 more cats that "just had to go." They told me that BigGuy could go but Sassy had a cold and couldn't ...leave at that time. I went to the Humane Society and they took me into the room with all the cats in the cages. It was so heartbreaking, I couldn't stand it. Sassy and BigGuy were in two cages adjacent to each other in a corner part of the room. I told them I would take BigGuy and was going to leave Sassy there because of her cold. When I went to meet BigGuy, Sassy put her paws on my head and patted me. That was the end of that I told her I would take her too. I cried like a baby the whole time I filled out the papers and got them ready to go. We had brought one carrier because we were just planning on taking BigGuy. They put Sassy in a cardboard carrier. I was going somewhere with a girlfriend so my fiance at the time took them to his son's house to meet his grandson. He only took BigGuy in to meet him. In the meantime, Sassy chewed and clawed her way out of the card board carrier and subsequently was picked up by animal control. My fiance had to go rescue her from animal control the next day. She is with me to this day and has earned her name- Sassy. The only reason I was going to leave her was because I have other cats and I was afraid they would get sick also.

Ann comes from a working hog and dairy farm, in Northwestern Illinois, which raised out their calves, had plenty of cats and always a dog or two. When she was eight, she took the money she had made feeding crippled pigs and bought a horse. ...

Ann Marie Hoff As an animal communicator, I am amazed daily at the resilence, forgiveness, and love that dogs & cats have & give. Animals are able to forgive much easier than people do, and will drop the past and move into present time. 1 of the best things that I do is to clear a rescue's energy to bring them into present time, so t ...hat they can go to their new homes & leave their fears behind. I also have found 98% of the dogs I have looked for so if you know someone missing a dog, have them contact me thru my website. I work by phone, and the dog/cat doesn't need to be present, I can contact their energy thru names..RosezellasWay.com

Patti In 2008 we took in a "stray" tortishell cat that was half starved and so tiny. Half of her face was white so we named her Phantom. After her intital visit to the vet we found out she was actually 6 months old, and had luekumia. We already had a 10 yr old cat Teddy, we had adopted from the human society when he was a ki ...tten, deciding to take a chance that Teddy would not catch the luekumia we kept her. Just a year later the luekemia took her away from us, a week after she died our 7 year old German Shepard died from cancer. Then the end of December Teddy died from kidney failure. On Janurary 7th 2009 we adopted 2 cats from the Human Society. Babies a 5 1/2 yr old "tuxcedo" cat and Ebony a black cat who had been there for 4 months. And just 3 weeks ago we adopted Sweet Pea a gray tortishell from AC Paws, a rescue organization in Michigan. Once again a happy home!
