Which do you prefer and why?

I like the old school version. The new one looks like crap if ya'l ask me. The storylines suck as well. >.<

I actually haven't seen the new one yet. I hope it isn't very different. Too many classic cartoons are spoiled by modern animation, I reckon.

Series 1 is good, Series 2 is meh, Series 3 is also good, Series 4 is ugh

the new style has no life to it...its too dull..+.th ol one had musicals that wa 2gud!

the old one was definitely better. but the new one isnt bad either. looks like people working on the new one are lazy... but it still cracks me up.

Definitely the old animation style. Most of my favorite episodes are in that style, like the one where Dexter and all the sea creatures fight the pirates and the one with that kid narrating. The new style wasn't even around as long anyway.

The old ones are better. The newer ones are just okay...I've never really liked them too much, and the storylines fail in comparison to THE MUFFIN KING!!!

The old one is definitely a favorite! I stopped watching Dexter because of the new animation... :S It lacked everything the old animation had!
